Prior Writings
During his career Morrison authored several consequential reports documenting the results of projects completed under contract with government or private sector clients. The recommendations in these reports often resulted in beneficial policy changes and /or the creation of new services. In Texas, Morrison compiled for the first time extensive directories of high-tech companies and state R&D centers. These were widely distributed and served to stimulate technology transfer efforts in the state. Morrison also has numerous peer-reviewed research publications from his early science career.
